Join a coach led group of success, action orientated owner managers ready to brainstorm on issues preventing you Step Up your business

If so, dma’s monthly Step Up Forum offers you a positive environment of up to 10 business owners who are facing, or have experienced similar challenges to you.

The group is led by Denise Molloy, creator of the Step Up your Business programme based on the success she has with her VIP clients. Denise is passionate about the remarkable results coaching can achieve and has created this forum to extend her coaching expertise to a group environment.

The focus of the group will be discussing how to overcome any obstacles that may be hindering your growth and planning specific action needed to reach your business goals.

FACE TO FACE MONTHLY MEETING

Kent groups will meet in Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone and careful consideration will be given to where you are in your business so that you get, and give, the best to your group. The groups will not duplicate professions.

Building mutually supportive relationships by sharing a wide range of experiences over a broad range of issues will inspire your growth and that of your business. Topics to be discussed will be agreed with the group depending on the current challenges and issues that will offer most to the group.

A KICK START 1-2-1 SESSION WITH YOUR COACH

To get to know your coach, Denise, and identify your strengths and challenges, the first Step Up session will consist of:

  • On-line access to Module 1: Step Up Your Business to get you thinking about where you’re at and raise to the surface the issues that are a priority for action
  • On-line access to Module 2 to get you thinking about what you enjoy as well as a “strengths profile” so you can focus your efforts on what you do best for maximum productivity
  • A 1-2-1 session with your coach to go through Modules 1 &2

ACTION PLANS WITH SUPPPORT BETWEEN SESSIONS TO MAKE THEM HAPPEN

At the end of each meeting, every member will identify and record actions they want to take before the next meeting and will receive support to make them happen:

  • An on-line forum with your coach and peers to get to know each other before the first session, to raise challenges, inspire actions from each other, and share successes.
  • An online accountability module accessible to your coach where you can record the action to which you have committed, your progress and or anything preventing you take action. Your coach will have access to this module to help you if you get stuck.
  • Buddying with a group member to inspire implementation between sessions

CONFIDENTIALITY

To get the most out of your group meeting, and to be able to build trust and rapport, it will be imperative that we all agree to keep any discussions confidential, and this will be a condition of acceptance to the group.

MONTHLY COST

The monthly Step Up Forum will cost £49 a month and will include:

  • A monthly face to face group session of up to 10 like-minded, success and action orientated business owners – to brainstorm, inspire and overcome challenges by committing to take action
  • Access to two online modules and a personality profile to focus on your strengths and priorities for personal and business growth
  • A 1-2-1 session with your coach to focus on your strengths and what you want from your business
  • An online forum with your coach and peers to discuss and overcome challenges and share inspirations and successes
  • Buddying with a peer to inspire action before the next meeting

As the Step Up class is for those inspired to take action, there is an initial 6 months commitment. 2 months is payable in advance, then £49 a month by standing order. After 6 months, there is a one month notice period should you wish to cancel.

BONUS EXTRA

In addition to the above, if there are specific common issues where specialised knowledge will help members to grow their business, your coach will interview an expert in that field to answer your questions. The interview will be recorded and placed on the forum for members.
